 First impressions...
While I know that everybody appreciates completely worthless and meaningless posts, I thought I'd introduce myself a little differently, and show off what I've been up to... (I posted a lot of this over on that other XJ site, so if you've already seen it, bite me and move on...)I started with the 200k mile '89 that I've been building and beating on (and busting, and rebuilding, and rebeating on) since 2002... ...and the well abused Renix under the hood. And the mud. And the grease... Tearing into it didn't make it look much better But after enough scrubbing and painting: It was good enough: For this:

 Re: First impressions...
I'm still working the bugs out of it (been a lot of bugs...) but it runs great.
And don't look half bad, either, if I do say so myself...

 Re: First impressions...
Thanks. I can't bear to put the hood back on...
And it's gonna kill me to get it all muddy again.

 Re: First impressions...
Very nice.
The sooner it's dirty, the less you have to worry about it.
